References to “the seller” / “we” in the following term and conditions refer to DoubleE Stationery and “the buyer” / “you” refers to users of the website. DoubleE Stationery does its best to ensure the website is updated regularly but cannot guarantee its accuracy. DoubleE Stationery reserves the right without the need of prior notice to adhere to changes. Please note that offers found online are exclusive to the DoubleE Stationery online shop only and will not be applicable in-store. If you are continuing to use this site, you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of the terms and conditions below then you must not use this site. DoubleE Stationery is registered at: REGISTRATION OF BUSINESS NAMES Act 1972 (SECTION 14), Independence House, Victoria (Registration no. B8424801).
All orders will be processed upon confirmation from client, and your orders will be secured for 2 days. All credit card payments are subject to checks and authorisation by the card issuer; DoubleE Stationery will not be held accountable for any delays or non-delivery of goods without accepted payments. All products listed online are currently available for dispatch or collection. In the rare instance that products are not immediately available, the seller will ensure that these products are made available within 48 hours or notify you of any issues. Please note that certain product lines are not available overnight (if out of stock) due to international delivery. Any changes to the product specification or packaging will be made known to the buyer upon collection and we will advise for some other products available that is similar. Any orders not fully confirmed or not collected within 2 days will be cancelled and returned back for sale. Once orders have been confirmed, buyers will receive an email confirming the order. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order at their absolute discretion and without explanation.
All payments are due upon receipt of goods or, where it is agreed, upon receipt of invoice. Payment is to be made by cash, cheque or credit/debit card at the time the order is delivered or, where it is agreed, upon receipt of invoice. If it is agreed that payment is made upon receipt of invoice, a delivery note shall be signed by the buyer at the time of delivery of Goods.
Deliveries will be sent to your work address only, unless we are informed of a different delivery address at the time of ordering, for which there is a section on our customer confirmation form which you will fill on placement of an order. Please note that all deliveries will need to be signed for upon receipt. Signature on the delivery note shall constitute your satisfaction with and acceptance of Goods. DoubleE Stationery guarantees a delivery period of 3-5 business days for our free delivery service, 1-2 business days for our standard delivery service, and same-day* delivery for our express service.
*Applicable only for orders received before 12PM, orders received between 12PM-4PM shall be delivered the following business morning.
IMPORTANT: DoubleE Stationery cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances out of our control, such as postal strikes or adverse weather conditions; and, we shall not be liable for any losses, damages or expenses incurred by the customer arising out of any delays in delivery or damage or loss during transit.

Refunds and Returns
All goods are non-refundable once sold. Items are entitled to be returned and exchanged within 3 days of purchase. Returned goods for exchange must be in a sellable and unused condition, including their original packaging. All exchanges are to be done for items at the same or higher cost. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. Buyers are encouraged to take into account the descriptions of items they are purchasing; it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all products and services meet your specific requirements. Any item damaged during delivery will be replaced free of charge within 48 hours.
Any item may be cancelled within the 2 hours’ time frame from confirmation of your order. All cancellations shall be made by emailing us on email@example.com
Complaints can be made through our email firstname.lastname@example.org. DoubleE Stationery ensures that every complaint is dealt with individually and thoroughly investigated, though there is no guarantee for resolution.
The seller is not responsible for any health and safety concerns/personal injury/harm acquired once the buyer has received the goods. Any harm incurred from items purchased is the buyer’s own responsibility. Use of information/materials/graphics found on this site for personal use is at your own risk and we shall not be liable for such use. This website contains material (including, but not limited to design, layout, images, content, graphics, etc.) owned, licensed, and copyrighted to the seller. All rights are reserved. Under no circumstances should anything found on this website be used, transmitted, or reproduced without written permission by the seller. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited in compliance with the copyright notice below. All trademarks not belonging to or licensed to DoubleE Stationery have been acknowledged. Unauthorized use of content and materials found on the website may be subject to prosecution and/or be a criminal offence. Any references made externally do not constitute endorsement by DoubleE Stationery. We hold no responsibility for the content on linked websites and its accuracy; using these sites are at your own risk. DoubleE Stationery reserves the right to prevent any users from having further access to the website if it considers them to be in breach of these terms and conditions. Any further action will be made at its discretion.
